TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TUITION REQUIREMENTS.

The vehicle is fully insured for all on-road tuition and for purposes of DSA practical test.

You must be at least 17 years old (unless you are disabled in which case you must be at least 16) and hold a valid provisional driving licence).

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the required licence to undertake driving lessons in a motor vehicle in the U.K. You must show your licence on the first lesson.

It is your responsibility to ensure your eyesight is sufficient to comply with driving regulations (to read a number plate with letters 3.1 inches high at a minimum distance of 67 feet or 20.5 meters. Number plates with narrower fonts introduced in 2001 should be read from a distance of 66 feet or 20 meters). On your first lesson you will be asked to read a number plate and periodically over the period of your tuition.


PAYMENTS

You must pay for each lesson in advance. If you book a block of lessons payment will have to be made on the first lesson.

All hourly driving lessons are subject to a minimum 2 working days (48 hours) notice for any cancellations. The School retains the right to charge a full tuition fee if the above notice is not given.


APPOINTMENTS

While every care will be taken to ensure Pupils receive training at the requested time, all bookings are made on the understanding that the School is not responsible for the postponement of training due to traffic conditions, adverse weather conditions, mechanical breakdown of equipment or any other cause outside of our control.

If in the view of the Instructor, the pupil is unfit to carry out the lesson safely, due to self-induced circumstances (e.g. Alcohol or Drugs) a cancellation charge will apply.


PERSONAL PROPERTY

The school accepts no liability for personal property that is left in any training vehicle.
